TRICEPS
The tricep muscle is three-headed, comprised of a long, lateral and medial head. As with the biceps, proper development can only occur with equal emphasis on each head. By adjusting your elbow position and using a variety of overhead vs push exercises, you can effectively target the entire tricep.

WINGS
The wing shape that lifters strive for comes when the latissimus dorsi, which is a fan-shaped muscle in the back, is thoroughly developed. The latissimus dorsi, or lats, is responsible for shoulder adduction and extension, which means that it pulls your upper arms in toward your body and back behind you. The workouts will overload your lats, which will in turn stimulate growth and increase muscle definition.

DELTS
In the case of the delts,which allow you to push the most weight.
